1. Refunds
All payments for the Brookhuis Cleanroom Risk Engine are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Refund requests are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase or most recent renewal date. Refund requests can be submitted by contacting us at info@brookhuis.com or through Paddle's support.
2. Cancellation and access
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal accessible from your dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain full access to all Pro features until the end of your current billing period
- Your subscription will not renew at the next billing date
- After your billing period ends, your account will revert to the free tier
- Your calculation history and account data will be preserved
3. Subscription details
Pro subscriptions are billed annually. Each billing period runs for 12 months from the date of purchase or renewal.
4. Free tier
The Service offers free features including the Quick Scan tool and basic calculation results. We encourage you to try the free features before subscribing to evaluate whether the Service meets your needs.
5. Payment provider
